At a ceremony to create awareness for the Disabled,the paltel group donated chairs and Dr. Abdul Malik al Jaber tried the feeling of using a wheelchair to understand how it feels and to completely feel the needs of any Disabled person for the job environment, later on he gave instructions for Reach Company to hire 10% of staff from the Disabled sector and to adapt the company to become friendly to wheel chair accessibility and provide special training to Disabled persons to become active call center employees.
This is the Paltel Group, IFC and Bank of Palestine to launch a student loan program to help Palestinian students fund their education via interest free loans a first kind initiative in the region. Paltel group Foundation provides first risk to cushion risk by lender.
